You need:

Cinnamon

½ pineapple

Liter water

 

Method:

Cut this in half and remove the peel for infusion. Boil the water and add chopped pineapple and cinnamon. Let this simmer for 20 min and cool off for 15, paste it and remain with the water only. Store this in carafe in the fridge.

Option 2

You need:

½ pineapple

 

Method:
