Make alkaline water to deal with fatigue, digestion problems and cancer

Is alkaline water good? Well everyone needs to be alkaline for health. most people today are more acidic and this is due to stress, environment issues and foods.



Why is this vital? The more acidic we are, the more fatigue we have, digestion problems and even gain weight.

Also, if we are acidic for too long, the healthy cells get toxins too and we are prone to cancer.

How alkaline water works?

The pH goes from 0-14 and 0 is most acidic, whereas 14 is alkaline the most and neutral is 7.

The bodies are made to be alkaline with 7.4.

Many systems and organs thrive with pH varieties. The saliva is 6.5-7.0 acidic for digesting foods and skin is 5, but a 2006 study said it should be 4-4.5, published the journal of cosmetic Science. This allows the bacteria needed to fight infections on the skin.

Warburg said 100 years ago that too much acidity makes cancer and diabetes, heart issues, osteoporosis.

How can you tell if your body is too acidic?

Muscle pains, cramps after short time walking


When the pH drops, the body tries to regulate by getting and storing excess acids in organs like kidneys, lungs, liver and tries to get the best pH of 7.35-7.45.

These acidic items attack healthy cells and make them toxic, sick and damaged.

The biggest reason for acidosis is 21 c modern diets with caffeine, sugar, alcohol and processed foods. Additives, growth hormones, pesticides too make us acidic.

How is alkaline water made?

You need:

1 lemon

2 liters water

1 tbsp Himalayan salt

1 jar of glass




Add the water in the jar and add the lemon too. Now add the salt and cover the jar. Let it sit in room temperature for 12-24 hours.

After that time, have 3 glasses of this water before eating. Try to drink this first thing in the morning before anything is eaten.

Also sip it all day long too. With time you will get more energy, skin will be cleansed and clear, brain alert and energized.
