The amazing 3-day KetoGenic diet plan!

 

This is an amazing ketogenic diet menu that will help you to get rid of your weight fast and easy. You won’t feel hungry and without energy.

First day

Breakfast – bacon 4 slices, scrambled eggs with onions and cream

Lunch – Green salad with celery stalk and some vinegar and olive oil + chicken

Dinner – Broccoli, mushroom cream sauce and Ribeye

Second day

Breakfast – Ground beef with spices 4 ounces, chopped onion 1 ounce, vegetables (low carb, 1 ounce), fried in butter or olive oil.

Coffee or tea with some heavy cream but without any sugar

Lunch – Baked fish 4 oz. with dill butter sauce

Cauliflower 1 cup, sautéed in olive oil or butter

Green salad 1 cup, with some blue cheese and 1 tbsp. of full-fat dressing

Water or some other unsweetened beverage

Dinner – Pulled pork shoulder 6 oz.

Shredded cabbage sautéed in olive oil or butter 1 cup

Green salad 1 cup with some high-fat dressing

Water or other unsweetened drink

Tea or coffee without any sugar

Third day

Breakfast – Cooked pork sausage 3 oz.

Boiled egg 1

Whipped cream cheese 2 tbsp.

Tea or coffee without any sugar

Lunch – Smoked turkey 4 oz.

Summer squash 1 cup sautéed in olive oil or butter

Green salad with high-

fat dressing 1 cup

Water or some other unsweetened drink

 Dinner – Salmon 4 oz.

Parmesan cream sauce

Sautéed spinach 2 cups with some garlic and onion

Lettuce with some high-fat dressing

Tea or coffee without any sugar
