All women want to have firm and beautiful breast, but with time they become saggy and old. So, today we are going to present you some exercises that can help you to make your breast firm again.
There aren’t any strict rules when you are doing these exercises. You can simply choose the best ones for you and you don’t need to do them all at once.
Reverse Dumbbell Fly
Take two dumbbells, place your feet apart and bend the knees. The palms should face each other in front of the thighs and the elbows bent. Lean forward, squeeze the shoulder blades together and lift the elbows as high as your shoulder and lower the weights.
Put the arms on the wall, but they should be placed close together. Try leaning forward and pushing the body towards the wall. Bend the arms and then push yourself to the initial position and rest. Repeat 8 times.
Lie on the back on a stability ball and put the feet on the floor. Take two dumbbells and put the arms on both sides. The elbows should be slightly bent. Lift up the arms in a way they will meet in the center of the chest. Put them in the initial position and rest. Repeat 8-16 times.
This is the best exercise for sagging breasts, but it isn’t easy. Lie on the stomach and try pushing your whole body with your arms and stomach muscles while you are holding your body in a straight line.
Chest squeeze with a medicine ball
Sit down on a chair and keep the back straight. Take a medicine ball and bring it towards the chest. Straighten the arms in front of you and bring them back to your chest. Repeat 10 times.
Lay down on the floor and take two dumbbells. Place the arms parallel to the ground then lift them towards the ceiling and place them together in front of your chest. Repeat 8-16 times and 1- sets.
Lightweight bench press
Lie down on a bench and take two dumbbells. Lift the arms above your chest and then lower than in front of your chest. Repeat as much as you can.
This is a strength-training exercise and it will improve your sagging breasts. Do 3 sets of 15 rep. every day.
