Eat like a food blogger and stay slim!

 

One food blogger is telling his experience about food and staying slim after he has received some e-mails with that question. Here are his tips:

  • Oatmeal for breakfast

80% of his mornings he eats oatmeal, it is healthy and cheap and even though he didn’t like it at first, he ate it.

  • Fruit

He eats 3 to 6 different fruits during the day. He says that it is the most amazing food in the whole world and he enjoys it.

  • Vegetables

Even though sometimes he eats meat, most of the time he eats vegetables. He loves them and he also thinks they are very flavorful.

  • Meat

He also loves meat, all kinds of it but the main reason why he can stay slim is that he cut back the amount of meat.

  • Fish

He substitutes the meat with fish, it is less fatty and much healthier. 3 to 5 times per week he eats fish or seafood.

  • Late night eats

We all know that eating late at night is amazing but it is really bad for the weight. So, a few years ago he decided to eat at least 3 hours before he goes to bed.

  • Deep fried things

He avoids all kinds of fried foods and instead of that he eats grilled and steamed. He eats fried food only in some rare cases.

  • Snacking

He has large meals and avoids snacking and when he does he only has some nuts or a piece of fruit.

  • Desserts

He says that you should eat small portions but he isn’t a fan of sweet things so he consumes something sweet once or twice per week.

  • Carbs

He says that he loves carbs and he eats tons of them but you should only eat a balance of other nutrients and carbs.

  • Water

He drinks plenty of water but he prefers it not too cold, on a room temperature.

  • Coffee and tea

He drinks plenty of coffee and tea but he prefers his coffee unsweetened.

  • Alcohol

A glass of wine or a beer once in a while is not harmful for your weight but drinking it on a daily basis can have some negative effects on your weight.

  • Walking

He says that he enjoys walking and he walks a lot. He loves to observe things and that is why he walks whenever he can.

  • Jogging

He jogs 3 times per week for 30 minutes and that is the main thing that relaxes him after a few hours in front of the computer.

  • Pushups

He does a few pushups whenever he can. It is the easiest exercise that can be done anywhere.

  • Meals

He has huge meals very often.

  • Behind the scenes

But, if his dinner is big the rest of his meals would be smaller or vice versa. Usually, his lunch is bigger while his dinner is full of vegetables. And another of his advantages is his fast working metabolism.

  • In the end

He eats huge meals while he travels but he avoids bad things. He also exercises and eats plenty of vegetables and fruits.
