How should you use it?
If you are consuming turmeric in a form of a capsule or alone it can’t be absorbed by the intestines. So, the best way to consume it is in combination with black pepper, ginger or dissolved in some oil.
- Black pepper (a pinch)
- Extra virgin olive oil (1/2 tsp.)
- Turmeric (1/4 tsp.)
Mix all the ingredients well and add this mixture to your salad, soup, or some other meal. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t heat it and avoid taking it late at night.
Consume it every day or even a few times per week!
